I’ve found Graham’s coaching extremely beneficial, both for my professional and personal development. I feel that the work we did together, especially looking at the Gallup Strengths Finder really helped me when applying for, interviewing for and getting an internal promotion. It has also been a real help to have his coaching and support as I have taken on new responsibilities at work.
