With more than 33 years experience, I have held senior Quality, Performance Improvement and Project Management positions within the oil, gas, petrochemical, food, transport, building services and infrastructure industries. providing process management, performance improvement and project delivery solutions for several major U.K companies that has delivered: Innovative performance improvement solutions that impact on business bottom line, Organisational learning methodologies delivering operational excellence, and developed project delivery solutions ensuring programme and cost certainty whilst maintaining quality and complete customer satisfaction. I hold an Masters and a Fellowship in Engineering Project Management.

After recently leaving my last role with a £450M turnover organisation as Head of Q.A. and Performance Improvement,  I am now taking my first steps into consultancy with Improvement Architecture Ltd.
