Graham Sleep MD Improvement Architecture.

Graham Sleep FCMI CMgr

Improvement Architect, Managing Director

I have had a global career, leading growth in turnover and profitability at both  corporate level and smaller family owned business.  At the age of 40 I  decided to turn my back on a MD offer, to start my own professional coaching and consultancy journey.  As an “Engineer at birth but a leader by choice” I have been a successful Lean Six Sigma Master Black-belt and have lead numerous projects and implementations across international locations, as well as working throughout global supply chains for major blue-chips and medium to large SMEs.

I lived in the USA for a period and this is where my leadership journey commenced over 18 years ago, I further developed my journey and became a Certified Coach for Marshall Goldsmiths Stakeholder Centred Coaching and a Certified Facilitator of Global Leaders of the Future assessment (ranked as the No.1 Global Executive Coaching organisation). This programme provides Guaranteed & Measurable Leadership Growth for successful leaders to lead more effectively through positive behaviour change that is measured, sustained, and acknowledged by others.

I currently serve on a number of boards supporting both my local community and other businesses. I am passionate about driving business and people forward.  I have recently set up an organisation, Laera, which specialises in Learning Technologies and Platforms.  My key strengths are Strategy and the alignment of people and processes that sit behind it,. Business model development and I also specialise in organisational and people development and their succession.
