Our Journey
Improvement Architecture was established in 2012 as a Business Improvement and Growth Consultancy. Graham Sleep, MD set the company up to share his knowledge and experience with other manufacturing and engineering companies, having a held a long and successful global career. Improvement Architecture started life in Scotland, working closely with Scottish Manufacturing Advisory Service (SMAS). We delivered over 450 days for SMAS projects and achieved some huge cost savings and business improvement results for clients, some, still ongoing.
Due to a number of contracts in the North East of England, Improvement Architecture decided to expand operations. We hired a new team in 2015 to facilitate and manage our client base and presence within the region. In 2016 we were awarded the Manufacturing Growth Programme, through the North East LEP and BE Group to supply expert advice in business improvement and increased sales. To date, we have supported clients large and small across automotive, oil and gas, manufacturing, engineering, food and the service industry. We work alongside the NHS, public sectors and charity organisations, we have a wealth of experience and a depth of knowledge that makes us different to other consultancies in the market place. We pride ourselves on the calibre of our consultants, they hold unrivalled knowledge and experience within their fields and this allows them to work seamlessly with our clients.
