Improvement Architecture Ltd have a key strategy to pay-back to the community. Over the years this has included giving gifts to children for Christmas, supporting charities, giving free advice to young entrepreneurs and supporting local sports clubs with a commitment to children’s development.
Our MD, Graham Sleep has a long-term commitment to support the aspirations of charities and young people in the North-East and more recently this has seen that by him giving a small amount of his time and experience to charities, great things can happen. He therefore has committed that from 2017 to 2020, Improvement Architecture will select 5 Senior Leaders (one each from 5 charities) and support their development with 12-months of Executive Coaching and Development for FREE (one 2-hr coaching engagement with Graham each month), using the tools he has learnt in over 30 years of being around Global Leaders, and their development. This will be repeated for 2018, 2019 and 2020.
Graham has always stated “if you want to be the best, learn from the best,” and one of his mentors, Marshall Goldsmith (who is rated by a number of leading authorities including Forbes, F.T. and Thinkers 50 as the No.1 Executive Coach in the world, as well as one of the top leadership thinkers) stated;
“After being a successful business leader for over 30 years, Graham latterly has been part of the No.1 Global Executive Coaching team Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching, and the processes and tools that this gives him which has resulted in 95% improvement within senior leadership behaviours across many global engagements.
Most recently he has approached me to support him with a passionate commitment for his ‘20.20.20 vision’ which I whole-heartedly support. This will create local leaders who will impact the aspiration of more than 1000 children in the North-East of England by end of Year 2020. A very worthwhile venture I hope you agree. I do hope that everyone supports him within this. Life is Good.”
With the backing of Ben Croft, leader of the World Business and Executive Summit (WBECS) Graham is hoping this work will continue much longer than 2020, and more young people will benefit from this 5 year programme.
